The idea behind the tools

About Toolza

Toolza was created by Abdalrahman Qaradaya, a student who built this site to help students and employees with their everyday tasks.

The goal is to provide practical online tools that help with studying, working, and common file tasks. There is no subscription required to use the tools.

Our Story

As a student, Abdalrahman noticed that the internet is full of "free" tools that require you to create an account, hide behind paywalls, or cover your documents in watermarks. Toolza was built to offer a simpler alternative.

Whether you're a student writing an essay, an employee preparing a CV, or someone resizing a photo, Toolza brings focused utilities together in one place.

Our Values

  • Simplicity: Tools should have focused controls and practical instructions.
  • Clarity: Each tool explains its supported inputs and how processing works.
  • Practicality: The tools focus on common study, work, document, and image tasks.

How the Tools Are Maintained

Tool pages are reviewed against their current controls and processing behavior. Each page identifies what the tool is best suited for, the inputs and options it supports, the output it creates, and important limitations to check. Those details are updated when a tool’s workflow changes.

Visitors can report unclear instructions, incorrect results, or broken behavior through the feedback control on each tool page or the Contact page. Reports are used to identify tools and guidance that need attention.

How Processing Works

Toolza uses three processing approaches. Some tools run entirely in your browser, file-processing tools temporarily upload the selected file to perform the requested operation, and AI-assisted tools send the required input through Toolza to an AI provider. The relevant approach is stated on every tool page.
