How to use Merge PDF
- Select the PDF files you want to combine.
- Arrange them in the order they should appear, then merge and download the result.
Things to check
Check the page order before downloading the combined document.
Example task: Send a cover page and supporting document as one attachment
Combine a one-page cover file with a two-page supporting file. Place the cover first so the recipient sees the context before the evidence.
Check the result: The downloaded PDF should have three pages in the intended order. Open the first and last page of each source section to catch missing or repeated pages.

Common questions and troubleshooting
Why is the merged file not in the order I expected?
The order of source files determines the page sequence. Rename files if that helps you identify them, but use the ordering controls rather than assuming names control the merge. Check the first and last page of each section after export. Merging does not remove repeated pages.
