How to use PDF to Flashcards
- Provide study material using the available text or PDF input.
- Generate flashcards and check each answer against the source material.
Things to check
AI may omit details or create inaccurate cards; use them as study drafts.
Example task: Practise the definitions in a short set of notes
Provide readable source text with the definitions and their exceptions. Review each card, then try answering its question before revealing the back.
Check the result: Correct answers against the source and split cards that ask several unrelated questions. Add missing topics rather than assuming the set is complete.

Common questions and troubleshooting
Why do cards miss material from a scanned handout?
A scanned PDF may provide little extractable text. Use OCR first, check the recognized wording, and paste the relevant material if needed. Review each card’s answer against the source. Prefer one concept per card so a correct guess on one part does not hide a misunderstanding of another.
