How to use Image Watermark

  1. Select an image and choose a text or logo watermark.
  2. Adjust its placement, preview the image, and download it.

Things to check

Keep a copy of the original image before applying a watermark.

Example task: Label a preview with a name or logo

Place the text or logo where it identifies the preview without hiding the important subject. Adjust opacity and scale while inspecting the picture at its intended display size.

Check the result: The mark should remain legible without obscuring useful details. A watermark is a label, not a guarantee against copying or proof of ownership.

Common questions and troubleshooting

Does adding a watermark guarantee that nobody can reuse my image?

No. A visible watermark communicates attribution but can be cropped, covered, or edited. Place it where it remains readable without obscuring the subject, and inspect opacity at the final display size. Keep the unmarked original and the records that establish your rights to the image.
