How to use Grammar Checker

  1. Paste the text you want reviewed.
  2. Review the suggested corrections and decide which edits to apply.

Things to check

Suggestions can be wrong or change your intended meaning; proofread the final text.

Example task: Review a message before sending it

Use the corrections and change list to identify spelling or punctuation issues. Compare each suggestion with the tone and meaning you intended.

Check the result: Names, technical terms, deadlines, amounts, and words such as “not” need particular attention. Approve changes deliberately rather than accepting every suggestion.

Common questions and troubleshooting

Should I accept every grammar correction?

No. Review each change in context, especially technical terms, quoted material, dialect, and the author’s voice. A grammatically fluent rewrite can still change a deadline, amount, or negation. Compare the original and corrected text and keep intentional wording that the tool misunderstood.
